Policies:
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation the client must either give notice the day before (before 10pm the night before) the appointment OR within 6 hrs of scheduled training if rescheduling the same day. If rescheduled within the same day of cancellation no additional charge will be added, but if there is no time frame open that day of appointment, the full price of the training session will be charged or pulled from pack.
For all single and multiple session packs:
All package or single sessions must be purchased ahead of time to reserve your spot(s). This can be done vial Venmo or bringing a check or cash to your last paid session. If all the purchased sessions are not all used in the said amount of time, (i.e 15x session package for 3 trainings a week etc.) unless due to issues worked out by the trainer and client, 30 days from the last session used, the session will expire and new sessions will need to be purchased. This also includes single sessions, and would be 30 days from the date purchased.
The client may call, email or text all communications and MUST receive a confirmation from trainer that the message was received.
No-Shows:
If the client no-shows (does not show up to the appointment), the price of the session will be charged, or pulled from the pack
